Year 11 and 13 VIA Students Explore the World of Nuclear Physics!

We’re thrilled to share that our Year 11 and 13 students embarked on an educational journey to the National Institute for Nuclear Education – ICJT (Nuclear Training Centre). As part of their Physics curriculum, this trip offered them an unparalleled learning experience. They attended an intriguing lecture, delved into an exhibition featuring many simulations, and even visited the heart of the institute – the reactor’s control room! 

This excursion not only broadened their horizons but also sparked a newfound appreciation for the complexities and wonders of nuclear physics. We’re proud of our curious and enthusiastic students who are always eager to learn and discover.
